New York Council of NonProfits (NYCON) is a statewide association of over 3,100 charities with offices in Albany, NYC, Poughkeepsie, Buffalo, Rochester and Oneonta. NYCON provides products, services, information, and advocacy to strengthen nonprofits and their communities.

The Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York (NPCC) provides support for nonprofits in New York City, Long Island and Westchester by offering its members management services and monitoring governmental actions to promote the needs of nonprofit organizations.

Are you a small to medium-sized organization looking to strengthen your leadership, management, and financial sustainability? The Support Center in New York works in collaboration with both nonprofit and philanthropic clients.

For LBGTQ advocates, the Stonewall Community Foundation provide programs and support addressing a wide range of issues, from caring for aging adults and eliminating HIV to ending homelessness, helping youth and improving mental health for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and ally donors and volunteers in New York.

FJC Fiscal Sponsorship Program New York - Not yet received your 501(c) (3) determination letter from the IRS? Fiscal sponsorship can be a way to receive grant funding in the interim. Many community foundations also offer fiscal sponsorship, so check with your local community foundation too.
