Designing Programs for Results

Design Programs That Produce Powerful Outcomes

Grantmakers focus their investments on results and long-term impact, so it’s up to organizations to design solid approaches that meet their constituency’s needs, and to document the positive changes that result from those approaches. This workshop covers the major aspects of developing effective programs that will inspire support. This training does not cover grant proposal development.

The workshop’s content and duration are customized for each particular audience. The most common format is one or two days. This training is offered only as a sponsored option.
