Limited license Terms of Use

Your purchase of Procurement with Federal Grant Funds and/or Model Purchasing Policies & Procedures grants you a limited access license for use of these materials. These e-publications are the intellectual property of The Grantsmanship Center, Inc  and by making this purchase you agree to the following restrictions:

1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that he or she is purchasing a limited access license for use of these materials and this purchase does not convey any ownership rights to the materials.
2. Customer acknowledges and agrees that these materials are reference materials only for internal use within the original purchasing organization or for personal educational use if purchased by an individual.
3. Customer acknowledges and agrees that these policies, procedures, forms, template memos, and other materials may be adapted and used only within the purchasing organization.
4. Customer acknowledges and agrees that each organization, institution, agency, or other group affiliated with the purchasing organization that wishes to use or adapt the material in these publications must purchase its own limited access license.
5. Customer acknowledges and agrees that he or she may not, in any personal or corporate capacity, re-distribute, re-sell or in any way give or distribute these products in any form or format to any other individual(s) or entities for their use.
6. Customer acknowledges and agrees that both Procurement with Federal Grant Funds and Model Purchasing Policies & Procedures are the intellectual property of The Grantsmanship Center, Inc. and author, Henry Flood, and are subject to the limited use rights granted by the license to the purchaser and may not be used in any other manner.
7. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Procurement with Federal Grant Funds and Model Purchasing Policies & Procedures do not constitute legal advice and is advised to seek legal counsel when appropriate.
