Grant Proposal Basics (June 24-26)
Participants research funding sources for their programs, then learn to identify and create the eight components of a successful grant proposal using The Grantsmanship Center model.
Grant Management Basics (June 27-28)
Training covers core concepts for effective grant management along with a day of trainer-guided discussions addressing specific challenges and situations which are frequently encountered. Participants learn how to apply best practices for solid and compliant grant management.
